Turns out, sunshine and sea water aren't THAT bad for new stitches



Except they will bleed and hurt surprisingly a lot when they take them out

Looks like I did it to her once -- this has nothing to do with my head injury. I just wanted you to know I'll steal your wave any chance I get.

I didn't even plan this when I took the photo - but this is sooooo awesome/great b/c in Portuguese when someone has a baby they say they 'gave light.' I think, unless that was the locals playing another trick on me. Hmm, maybe that makes this photo creepy -- it just conjures up all these weird images in my head. . . you too? Ha!

And this is a nice photo compared to what happened. We basically beat each other up using our boards, the waves and our bodies. She's lucky she didn't pop my stitches open - or else she would have walked away with a lot worse than bruised ribs.

OK - maybe I didn't cause her bruised ribs but I'll take credit for it anyway.

So, I read this book (that I don't want to talk about) and Ash was giving me grief so I banned her from reading the book (that won't be named) -- and to get even she started to make fun of Vampires that go to high school and reading about Vampires that go to High School.
